Your first visit includes a comprehensive oral exam, digital X-rays, and a cone beam CT (CBCT) scan to evaluate your bone density, sinus position, and overall oral health. Dr. Karimi will review your medical history and discuss your goals. By the end of this 60-minute appointment, you'll know if implants are right for you and receive a detailed treatment plan with transparent pricing.

Using your CBCT scan and intraoral scans, Dr. Karimi creates a digital treatment plan showing exactly where each implant will be placed. For full-arch cases, a digital wax-up or prototype is created so you can see your new smile before surgery. All costs, timelines, and financing options are reviewed and confirmed.
Duration: Done same day as consult or within 1 week
On your surgery day, you'll be comfortably sedated with oral conscious sedation or general anesthesia provided by a board-certified anesthesiologist. Dr. Karimi places your titanium implants precisely using the digital surgical guide. For full-arch cases, same-day temporary teeth are often attached so you leave with teeth.

This is the most important phase. Over 3–6 months, your jawbone naturally fuses with the titanium implants — a process called osseointegration. During this time, you'll wear temporary teeth that look natural and allow normal function. Minimal restrictions on diet; most patients resume normal activities within 2–3 days.

Once healing is complete, your custom final teeth are fabricated and attached to your implants. Single implants receive a custom porcelain crown. Full-arch cases receive a zirconia or acrylic prosthesis on a titanium bar. Your new teeth are adjusted for fit, bite, and aesthetics. You leave with a complete, natural-looking smile.
